Every Kidz Viz item is personalised to order, with the design and name you chose.

Faulty, misprinted or wrong items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, is misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. New Zealand customers have the same protection under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Change of mind

Because each item is printed with the design and name you chose, we can't take personalised items back or exchange them if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights for faulty, misprinted or wrong items above.

How to contact us about an order

Email contact@kidzviz.com.au or call 0402 321 989 with your order number, and a photo if something's wrong.
